Because we are based outside the EU, EU residents and supervisory authorities may contact our representative about any data protection matter, in English or Dutch.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and login times (to log you in).
• Membership: plan, status and payment references from Paddle or monobank. We never see or store your card details.
• Newsletter: your email address and sign-up date.
• Cookies: a login cookie (necessary), and, only with your consent, advertising and analytics cookies from Google.

Why and legal basis

• To provide your account and membership (contract).
• To send the newsletter you asked for (consent; unsubscribe any time).
• To show ads and measure traffic (consent, collected by our cookie banner).

Processors

Supabase (database and login), Hostinger (hosting), Paddle (our reseller and merchant of record, which processes your payment and billing details as an independent controller) and monobank (payments in Ukraine), Google (ads and analytics, with consent), and our email provider.

International transfers

We are based in Ukraine, and some of our processors are in the EU or the USA. Transfers outside the EU are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data by emailing us. You can complain to your data protection authority.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
