Terms of use

These terms apply to europeancrisistv.com, operated by FOP [full name], a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine ([business address]). Memberships are sold through our reseller Paddle.com (see below); payments in Ukraine through monobank are received by this FOP.

ECTV reports developing events. Information can change quickly. Always follow instructions from local authorities and emergency services.

Membership

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
• Prices include VAT where it applies; Paddle calculates it for your country at checkout.
• Memberships bought through Paddle renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Card payments through monobank (for customers in Ukraine) cover one period and do not renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires.
• EU consumers: by starting a membership you ask us to provide the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access starts.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing logins or scraping member data is not allowed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
